Raspberries and white chocolate create a favorite flavor combination in these extra-special (but surprisingly easy-to-make) muffins. Try them for breakfast or as a snack.

I am so mad about these. I have wanted to make these since I found them and finally did today. I was so excited about these but they didn't rise any, weren't very sweet, and were tough. I didn't over-mix the batter and they were still tough. I even sprinkled them with sugar and they still weren't sweet. These turned out awful!!!!! Never again.

Yum yum yum!!! I left out the vanilla chips and just sprinkled a few on top of the batter. So light and moist.

MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE!!!! I have made these muffins many times. They are absolutely delicious. They are very sweet alone. Dipping in butter and crystal sugar makes them extra sweet. It's really not even necessary, but I do it sometimes. I've made them with strawberries, but didn't care for them. Raspberries are much better. I prefer to half or quarter the raspberries. I find that if you leave them whole, the flavor isn't spread around as much.

Fabulous! Modified by adding 1/2 tsp of almond extract and 1/2 tsp of vanilla. The result is on the cusp of being considered a cupcake.

I made these with chocolate chips and frozen raspberries. I also added 2 additional T of sugar, and topped it with raw sugar. It was really good.

These were wonderful! They were light and fluffy -- not what I expected from Bisquick. I couldn't keep them in the house! My neighbor tried them and asked for the recipe so did my mom! The recipe is basic enough that you could easily mix other types of fruit for the raspberries. To top them I melted a few of white chocolate chips and drizzled them on top. YUM! this is a keeper! Great snack or brunch item!
