Raspberry-Poppy Seed Salad

Raspberries, romaine and kiwi create a perfect combo for a splash of poppy seed dressing.

Poppy Seed Dressing

cup mayonnaise or salad dressing

cup sugar
1/4
cup milk

tablespoon poppy seed

tablespoons white vinegar

Salad

bag (10 oz) heart of romaine salad mix (about 10 cups)

cups fresh raspberries

kiwifruit, peeled, sliced and cut in half

red onion, thinly sliced

  • 1 In small bowl, beat all dressing ingredients with wire whisk.
  • 2 In large bowl, toss all salad ingredients. Pour dressing over salad; toss. Serve immediately.
