Betty Crocker created the poke cake, a cake that's poked after baking so the topping forms pockets of wonderfulness. Try this delicious citrus-berry combo.

This is a good cake. DEFINITELY make it a day ahead and let it sit in the fridge. The taste improves so much as the flavors blend overnight.

This is for irishfancy I think if you use lemon juice with a little sugar it should work in place of the concentrate

I really want to make this cake but there's a problem. The country I live in does not have frozen concentrate, does anyone know of a substitute? No Cool Whip either, but I have learned to use unsweetened whipped cream as a substitute. People here don't like things too sweet.

Loved this recipe! I made it twice in one week, one for my husband's co-workers and one for mine. Everyone loved it! The only change I made was I used fat free cool whip instead of the regular which was a perfect amount of sweet with the cake. I noticed someone said the frosting was too sweet with they made it, try using the fat free.

This cake is pretty good. It is definitely better the next day after a night in the refrigerator. I didn't consider it much worth eating right after frosting it. I've tasted a better recipe of the same general concept that I think included some orange and pineapple. I'm going to hunt that down for next time.

I love this cake I have made it many times. My husband always wants me to make it. I just make it with strawberry jello and top it with strawberries instead of raspberries when strawberries are cheaper.

Love this recipe. I'm always looking for cake recipes that involve a little more than just traditional flavors. This is it! Great taste and moist. I even garnished it with fresh mint as well. I never thought about mixing whipped topping with ready made frosting but I think that I will use that trick over and over again.
