A simple yet very elegant recipe that quickly broils fresh raspberries in a rich, creamy vanilla sauce.

Hot cream with blueberries. It did not thicken or set. It ruined my blueberries.

What a disaster is right. But, told my friends it was my famous dessert soup! Betty Crocker you let me down.

What a disaster! Just save your self some time and dump some berries into warm milk. It didn't set at all. Could use some more instruction - how long do you boil it? I don't know if it would ever get thick enough.

I just made this. I halved the recipe and made one with blueberries and one with raspberries. Delicious! I gave it a 5 for flavor, however, mine did not quite set 100% and was a bit runny for creme brulee. However, the taste and ease makes the texture easy to overlook and disregard.

The flavor of this was excellent, but it didn''t set completely. It was more of a pudding texture instead of custard. But it still tasted great!

I used strawberries for this recipe instead, because they were much less expensive. Also I found that a mixture of half sugar and have brown sugar worked buch better than either sugar alone. I did not broil my brulee, but used a brulee torch, which took me a while to get the hang of, but wroked out very well. The texture of the custard turned out perfect! Raspberries probably would have been better though.
