sheet frozen puff pastry (from 17.3-oz box), thawed

tablespoons raspberry preserves

oz Brie cheese, cut into 12 cubes
  1. Heat oven to 400°F. Line cookie sheet with nonstick aluminum foil.
  2. Spread puff pastry on work surface. Cut into 12 squares, 4 rows by 3 rows. Divide raspberry preserves and Brie cheese evenly among squares, placing in center of each.
  3. Working with 1 square at a time, gather sides up diagonally, pressing gently to seal. Place on cookie sheet.
  4. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!
