Using just three ingredients, you can create a one-bite wonder that's perfect for an appetizer or dessert tray.

Ingredients

sheet frozen puff pastry (from 17.3-oz box), thawed
2
tablespoons raspberry preserves
3
oz Brie cheese, cut into 12 cubes

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 400°F. Line cookie sheet with nonstick aluminum foil.
  • 2 Spread puff pastry on work surface. Cut into 12 squares, 4 rows by 3 rows. Divide raspberry preserves and Brie cheese evenly among squares, placing in center of each.
  • 3 Working with 1 square at a time, gather sides up diagonally, pressing gently to seal. Place on cookie sheet.
  • 4 Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!
