Raspberry-Banana Yogurt Salad
cup boiling water
package (4-serving size) sugar-free raspberry-flavored gelatin (1 1/2 teaspoons)
container (6 oz) Yoplait® Original Yogurt red raspberry
cup fresh or frozen (thawed and well drained) raspberries
small banana, sliced
In small bowl, pour boiling water over gelatin; stir until gelatin is dissolved. Stir in yogurt; gently stir in raspberries and banana. Pour into two 6-ounce custard cups.
Refrigerate about 2 hours or until set.
If you have extra, garnish with fresh raspberries and banana slices.
