This salad was very sour.....neither my husband nor I ate more then a few bites...then we tossed it in the trash. I didn't even use the whole amount of lemon juice as I thought that would make it sour. The ranch dressing tasted fine so it would have to be something in the seasoning packet in the Suddenly Salad that made it taste so bad.

Excellent! Very light refreshing cool salad. I used slightly less ranch to start because i didn't want it too creamy and it was perfect (you can always add more ranch after if not enough but you can't take away). Good tip in previous reviews about spinach. I waited to add spinach until right before serving to prevent it from getting too soggy and it came out great. Thanks!

Such a good salad! I added 1 cup broccoli and 1 cup of spinach cause I like both. I really like these Suddenly Salads and all the recipes I can make out adding a few extra ingredients. I made an antipasto salad earlier in the week from the Creamy Italian Pasta that was located on the box. That one was really good too!

This is a great salad. I don't care for cucumbers so I left those out and just added a few more carrots....it was perfect. Will definately make this again.

I made this for a salad luncheon and it was a big hit! Everyone wanted the recipe. I also put turkey ham in it.

People always ask me to bring this salad. It tastes so good! Great tip on waiting to add the spinach because it does get soggy. I always add olives and I think it adds to the already great taste.

I made this for a going away party for one of my coworkers. I prepared it just before the party so I didn't have any problems with the spinach. It was pretty cool when he said it was probably the best pasta salad he had ever had. I added 1 pkg of goya ham seasoning to the dressing mix and tossed in some sliced black olives. I made three boxes worth so there were some leftovers but my wife and kids finished that off when I brought it home.

I've made this twice recently and it was a hit both times! The second time I made I used halved crinkle cut carrots i/o matchstick carots as they are hard to get with a fork!

This pasta salad is sooooooo good, even my boyfriend liked it. He's not a big fan of pasta salads. I would definitely recommend this.
