Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 425°F. Spray 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray.
  • 2 In shallow dish, mix Bisquick mix and pepper. Into another shallow dish, pour 1/2 cup of the dressing. Coat chicken with dressing, then coat with Bisquick mixture, pressing so coating sticks to chicken. Place in pan. Drizzle with butter.
  • 3 Bake uncovered about 30 minutes or until juice of chicken is clear when center of thickest part is cut (170°F).
  • 4 Meanwhile, cook corn as directed on bag; drain. Stir remaining 1/4 cup dressing into corn. Spoon warm corn relish onto serving plate. Arrange chicken on corn.

Betty Crocker® roasted garlic mashed potatoes and sliced tomatoes would be tasty additions to this comforting meal.

Go ahead and use regular ranch dressing, if you like.

I actually boil the chicken first with onion and tomato. Then I let the chicken marinate in ranch dressing for 1 hr. then I did the ending steps it was cooked well and had lots more flavor.

This chicken was good but not a ton of flavor. Needed a little more seasoning to make it stand out.

I cooked it for 45 minutes, still gooey in some places. Not browning very well at all. I won't be using this recipe again.
