I cooked it for 45 minutes, still gooey in some places. Not browning very well at all. I won't be using this recipe again.

LOVE THIS RECIPE! The chicken was absolutely fantastic. My boyfriend (who is very partial to grandma's everything-homemade cooking) said it was the best chicken meal he has ever had... that is saying something! I'll definitely be making it again, but maybe with a few tablespoons of ranch in the corn relish... 1/4 cup was a bit too much for my personal taste. But overall, five spoons!

Betty Crocker calls for reduced-fat ranch dressing, whereas I just use the regular fatty kind :) I also halved the serving size. I used a slightly different kind of corn. And I am just now realizing that I did not mix some of the ranch dressing in the corn. That would have made it a little different from just the plain corn in the bag, obviously. That may have made the dish pop more. At first I thought I may not make it again, but now I think I may. Just so I can try the corn "relish" with ranch mixed in. Can't hurt. This is so simple. Betty Crocker makes things easy with Bisquick mix. It wasn't bad though. It was just very elementary.

This chicken had a great flavor that my family enjoyed. I would have liked it to be a bit more crispy, though. I almost feel like there was too much ranch dressing. Next time I will skip the ranch in the corn. A bit too much ranch!

What Great Chicken!! I didn't try the corn (don't eat corn). I've tried many "oven fried" chicken recipes before, but none of them *tastes* like "real" fried chicken. It must be the ranch dressing as a coating, because this chicken tastes like southern fried chicken without all the grease! Yum!!!

I got so tired of making the same chicken recipes so I saw this and knew my boyfriend loves ranch dressing. For myself, I don't like ranch at all but I thought, why not. It was great! Chicken was tender and had a unique taste we had never had before. I loved the corn relish. I added more corn though (cause the ranch was to much for me). One complaint, it was very messy. Anyone have any ideas how to make it less of a "plaster disaster?"
