EXPERT TIPS

Expert Tips

Try to test for doneness only once or twice to keep juices inside and chicken juicy.

Sliced or shredded leftover chicken breasts are perfect on sandwiches. Spread bread with a dab of cranberry relish for a sweet-tart flavor accent.

Very tasty way to bake chicken. I added some Parmesan cheese to the bread crumbs.

We had a bag of fresh boneless skinless chicken breasts and could not decide what I wanted to make out of them until I found this recipe. It was extremely easy to make and insanely delicious. I used garlic herb flavored bread crumbs and added in just a touch of red pepper powder and seasoning salt. Also, instead of directly coating the chicken breast in the ranch, I dipped them in egg first so the bread crumbs would have less breakage once it started to cook. Overall, this recipe was fantastic and quick. I'll most definitely be making it again!

I decided to try this recipe, even though I am horrible at making chicken. It turned out awesome. The chicken was very tender and and the outside was nice and crispy. I used garlic and herb flavored bread crumbs, which complimented the ranch nicely. I have five kids so I doubled the recipe and used chicken tenders, instead of chicken breasts. They cook faster and are much easier for little hands. This recipe is definitely a keeper.
