These breaded chicken breasts are crispy and brown on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside. The seasoned crumbs add extra flavor.

Made this for dinner last night and my husband about died! He couldn't belive how tender and juicy the chicken was and how good it tasted. The only thing I recommend is be very careful with your oil. My bread crumbs started to burn when it was on med high so I cut down to med low for the second batch and much better. Also added a bit of salt and pepper and used seasoned bread crumbs. Think I may try baking this to make it a bit healthier next time. Will have again for sure!!

this is one of the most delicious recipes i have ever made. Just scrumptious. I love to make my own ranch (I use the hidden valley buttermilk recipe). It turns out WAY better than bottled ranch. Usually I have a lot left over after I make a salad so this recipe uses up the rest of the ranch. The chicken doesn't end up tasting like ranch exactly, but it gets very moist and the flavor is light, fresh, versatile, and absolutely a GOTTA MAKE THIS AGAIN recipe.

Very simple to make. To me it was a litle bland, I did just use plain ranch and breadcrumbs(I bought panko-japense style they worked pretty well, only 1 got burnt becuase there wasn't enough oil in pan. Make sure you have lots of that otherwise they will fall off. I probably will make it again, my boyfriend like it. But next time I will probably buy maybe bacon flavored ranch or any of the other ranch flavors to give it more of a taste. But I really like it!

Marinated the chicken in ranch dressing for 30 minutes after using a meat tenderizer. Also added ranch dressing mix to the breadcrumbs. Cooked on stovetop (browns very quickly 4-6 minutes). Next time I will brown in skillet & finish in a moderately hot (375) oven.

I made this recipe tonight... Sounded delicious! I did everything as instructed, made sure the oil was heated and everything. The bread crumbs burnt in about 4 minutes then fell off. The ranch flavor wasn't really there. I think next time I will use rance dressing mix and mix chicken rub in with it, then use the crumbs and bake it so they don't burn or fall off. When the crumbs were golden brown I cut open the chicken and it was still raw. I highly recommend baking this recipe and adding more seasoning to it so it's not so bland! I wish I would of read the rating before I made it and I would of baked it! Trial and error! Next time I know what to do differently!!

I baked it in the oven at 375 for 35 mins. I also soaked the chicken in milk for a min then coated with my mixture of panko breading and a packet of dry ranch mix. Then placed on a cooling rack thats sitting on a cookie sheet. Bake and enjoy. If the chicken breast are larger you may need to bake for 45 mins.
