These breaded chicken breasts are crispy and brown on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside. The seasoned crumbs add extra flavor.

I made this recipe tonight... Sounded delicious! I did everything as instructed, made sure the oil was heated and everything. The bread crumbs burnt in about 4 minutes then fell off. The ranch flavor wasn't really there. I think next time I will use rance dressing mix and mix chicken rub in with it, then use the crumbs and bake it so they don't burn or fall off. When the crumbs were golden brown I cut open the chicken and it was still raw. I highly recommend baking this recipe and adding more seasoning to it so it's not so bland! I wish I would of read the rating before I made it and I would of baked it! Trial and error! Next time I know what to do differently!!

I baked it in the oven at 375 for 35 mins. I also soaked the chicken in milk for a min then coated with my mixture of panko breading and a packet of dry ranch mix. Then placed on a cooling rack thats sitting on a cookie sheet. Bake and enjoy. If the chicken breast are larger you may need to bake for 45 mins.

This sounds really great and the nutrional facts are really great too. I would like to bake this instead of frying it. Would you please let me know the temp. and length of time to do that?

You know I havnt made this one yet but I have made alot of food recipes that are similar...But throughout all the reviews I notice that everyone has the issue of their bread crumbs falling off...Its really just about making sure your oil is heated up to the right temp before ya throw your grub on...And thank you Betty C...Your recipes rock

I followed the recipe exactly as stated. I did have my stove top turned down to just under medium-high heat. the recipe says to cook on one side for 12-15 minutes before flipping over, but just after 6 my bread crumbs were burnt. I turned the chicken over and after 4 minutes the bread crumbs were golden brown. I cut into the chicken to find it still raw. I ended up setting my oven to 400 degrees and transferring my chicken into the oven. I baked it for about 7 minutes and they were cooked thoroughly. The breading fell off, and there wasn't a lot of flavor, my husband and I couldn't taste the ranch at all. I ended up serving the chicken with mashed potatoes and side of ranch dressing to use as a dipping sauce. I think if I ever attempt to make this again, it's definitely something I will bake next time.

I used chicken tenders instead of split breast because I have smaller children. I had the same problem most people did with my crumbs falling off. I tried double coating the second time and it seem to work much better. Loved the taste and so did my family. Very easy and makes a quick meal!

Was delicious. I made it with the powder ranch mix usually used to make salad dressing with (just a little it's powerful tasting), bread crumbs, adobo, Mrs. dash, Parmesan cheese, and egg whites. Cooked it on a cookie sheet lined with aluminum foil and cooking spray. Baked it for 25 minutes at the 400 degrees. Came out great.

We love this recipe, although we have to make sure we use a non-stick skillet because the breading will fall off otherwise. We make it often!
