This cake mix was my first time with Angel food. I purchased a cake pan for this recipe. I was in wonderment when I saw the cake rise during the baking time. I was a bit scared to turn it over after baking to cool. I only had yellow food coloring so that is what color my cake was. The cake came out perfectly. It was very light, delicious tasting and didn't last long. Next time I plan to serve it with thinly sliced strawberries & Coolwhip. I will always make this cake when I go to a party for now on. 10+++.

What a great twist on an angel food cake. The flavor was perfet...light and not over whelming. This is a new favorite for my family.

This was the easiest birthday cake I have ever made! And also the first on that I did not have leftovers!! It was wonderful and all of the children loved it! We served it with rainbow sherbet which made for a nice presentation.
