Convenient Muir Glen® diced tomatoes make this pasta salad super easy. Tossing it with a balsamic salad dressing gives it a tangy new twist!

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cooked penne pasta
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) Muir Glen™ organic diced tomatoes, any flavor
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinaigrette
  • 4 oz. fresh mozzarella cheese, diced (1 cup)
  • Chopped fresh basil for garnish, if desired

Steps

    Chop fresh basil for garnish, if desired.

    In large bowl, toss pasta, tomatoes and vinaigrette. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerated until serving.
