I haven't made this, but I have made baked fish with salt and vinegar Pringles. This is going on my "to try" list.

I have been using crushed Doritos or stuffing mix for breading on my chicken, fish, pork chops etc for years.

Hi Mimalee, it's 4 cups of sour cream & onion flavored potato chips, not 4 cups of sour cream.

Sounds wonderful, though I haven't tried it yet. I love it when I see what can be a gluten free recipe (just eliminate the worcestershire, or get a gluten free variety).

Maybe this recipe was updated before the last two reviews. Sour Cream and Onion is a common flavor for potato chips. The recipe does not call for four cups of sour cream! I found this recipe easy and delicious. As an alternative you can spray the chicken (after coating with bread crumbs) with Pam and bake for 30-40 minutes.
