Quick Chocolate Chip Cookies

cups Original Bisquick™ mix

cup semisweet chocolate chips (6 oz)

cup chopped nuts, if desired

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 375°F. In large bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, vanilla and egg with electirc mixer on high speed until well blended.
  • 2 Lightly spoon Bisquick into measuring cup, level off with knife. Stir Bisquick and chocolate chips into butter mixture until well blended.
  • 3 Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  • 4 Bake 8 to10 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool 2 mintues. Remove from cookie sheet to cooling rack.
