This recipe was absolutely delicious & easy to make. It's definitely great when you want a quick batch of cookies. Since the portions are tiny, be sure to keep an eye on them because I left them alone for a minute and they went from golden brown to dark brown. Still yummy though!

Just baked some of these cookies and used peanuts with regular sweet chocolate chips and they came out very good. I was apprehensive at first but was pleasantly surprized. I will definitely make these again. Yummy

I was looking for a way to use up some Bisquick. These cookies are great. However, the dough is very dry and crumbly making it difficult to mix. I added a tablespoon of milk to make the dough a bit moister. Worked like a charm!

I have been searching for this recipe for over 40 years. It's the one my mother always made and was on the back of the Bisquick box way back then. I had despaired of ever finding it but stumbled on to bisquick.com by accident and there it was!! Made them for Christmas and it was like being a little kid again. These are the ones I always left for Santa (Dad's favorite). It made Christmas even more wonderful this year. Thank you, Betty Crocker.

These were really good. I did cut the butter in half and substitute applesauce for the other half and will continue to do it that way. I did have to scrape a little to remove from cookie sheet which may have been because of the lack of butter in any case that was not an issue as the cookies were delicious

These came out great! I made chocolate chip-cherry cookies. The only thing I changed was to use 1/2 sugar and 1/2 brown sugar. My dough seemed really dry and crumbly, but easily rolled into balls.I also made my cookies fairly large, so next time I'll double the recipe. This is definitely a keeper and so much quicker than making chocolate chip cookies completely from scratch!

these were all right. i would definitely flatten them before cooking but a cookie is a cookie no matter what shape or form!! They were a little dry, nothing milk can't fix.

I started with this recipe and then made adjustments using Gluten Free Bisquick. Here's the final recipe: 1 C butter, softened 1 1/2 C packed brown sugar 2 teaspoons vanilla 2 eggs 1 package of Gluten Free Bisquick 1 C semisweekt chocolate chips 1/2 C chopped nuts if desired. They were a huge success.

This may be a dumb question..but can I use regular butter or do you mean butter by unsalted butter?
