I frequent many recipe websites and just don't understand why no one cares to cook anymore these days. Just about every recipe I see is "start with a jar of this... add a can of that... then stir in a box of this" Cooking is not rocket science. Look at the calories, the fat grams, the sodium in these "recipes". If you care about your family put something good in their bellies!! I understand it's a busy world these days, but take 20 minutes to chop some vegies and some chicken or beef... throw it in a crockpot with some spices(and skip the fatty/salty canned cream of poison soup) Pre-seasoned, pre-cooked chicken from the grocery store??? How difficult is it to cook a chicken not to mention the cost savings?!? C'mon people!

Good recipe. A little hard to flip. Good way to start quesadillas then you can just had or take away what your family likes.

My Family and I weren't impressed with these little quesadillas. There wasn't much flavor. I wont make this recipe again.

I found them hard to flip which ended up being very messy. I was not at all impressed with how they tasted. I will not be using this recipe again.

My family loved these! Instead of mixing with plain salsa we used Salsa Con Queso in medium so it added some spiciness to it and I added Mexican shredded cheese between the shells and on top and melted it in the microwave. The only thing I would change is just use one shell and put the mixture over half of it and then flip the other side of the shell over top because I found it hard to flip.

I have cooked this twice, and I just discovered it the other day...great quick snack or meal after a long day at work! Suggestion, if you want to control how much salsa you have on yours just cook it without and use the salsa for dipping...I have tried it both ways!

Delicious & easy. Anything that is simple AND good is a hit with me. One of my sons is an extremely picky eater & loved this. This was feeding me, my husband and two sons & we still had plenty left (my husband & I snacked on the leftovers for breakfast the next morning). Wonderful recipe & will make again very soon.

This really was a quick and easy recipe. I was surprised at how flavorful they actually were since the recipe requires so little prep and cook time. My boyfriend doesn't normally eat quesadillas or Mexican food, but he liked these. I added some sliced black olives which made them even better - the variations are endless. This recipe is a keeper! It also requires very little clean-up time.
