EXPERT TIPS

Expert Tips

Make this brunch pizza on the weekend, and freeze individual leftover slices to use for a quick weekday breakfast. Just thaw in the refrigerator overnight, then heat in the microwave in the morning.

Shredded Swiss or provolone cheese are delicious alternatives to the Cheddar cheese.

AMAZING! I made this for dinner and it was gone within five minutes. I would add a few more onions though.

The egg mixture was good, but the crust never become anything other than half-baked dough. I extended the baking time to an hour and a half.... the ham was real crisp, and the eggs wound up rubbery... but no luck with the crust.
