lb ground beef

jar (32oz) spaghetti sauce

oz cottage cheese

cups shredded cheese (your favorite kind)
1/2
cup parmesan cheese

  1. Brown ground beef in skillet. Add your favorite kind of spaghetti sauce. Simmer for about 5 minutes. Pre-heat oven to 350
  2. in a bowl, mix cottage cheese,, half of the parmesan cheese, and the egg(s). (using 2 eggs just makes the mixture thicker)
  3. Assemble in a 9x13 pan: spread 3/4 c of sauce on bottom;, layer with 3 uncooked noodles, 3/4 c of cheese mixture, 1 c shredded cheese, and 1/4 c sauce. Repeat layers twice. Layer remaining sauce then cheese on top.
  4. Cover pan with foil and bake in oven for 45 minutes.
