medium sized russet potatoes (sliced thin)

small to medium yellow onions (diced small)

pounds 93/7 groundbeef

tablespoon olive oil
1/4
teaspoon minced garlic

bag frozen broccoli already heated

cans Del-Monte Diced tomatoes with onion and celery (do not drain)

cups cheddar cheese
  1. Put olive oil, uncooked ground beef, garlic and onions in 4 quart pan cook on medium high heat til beef is almost done.
  2. Then lower temp to a simmer, add tomatoes juice and all, potatoes and broccoli simmer covered for about an hour or until potatoes are cooked through.
  3. Add cheddar cheese and serve.
