9 inch deep dish pie crust
  1. Preheat oven to 350. Beat eggs, Half & Half, salt and pepper together. Cut cheese into small chunks and layer on bottom of crust.
  2. Sweat diced onion and chunks of bacon until soft. Layer onto bottom on crust with cheese. Pour egg mixture into crust over bacon, cheese and onion. Mixture should come 1/2 inch from top of crust.
  3. Cook for 40-45 mins or until knife to center of pie comes out clean.
