whole eggs
1 1/2
cups Half & Half
1/4
pinch salt & pepper

strips bacon
1/2
whole Onion

slices Swiss Cheese

9 inch deep dish pie crust
  • 1 Preheat oven to 350. Beat eggs, Half & Half, salt and pepper together. Cut cheese into small chunks and layer on bottom of crust.
  • 2 Sweat diced onion and chunks of bacon until soft. Layer onto bottom on crust with cheese. Pour egg mixture into crust over bacon, cheese and onion. Mixture should come 1/2 inch from top of crust.
  • 3 Cook for 40-45 mins or until knife to center of pie comes out clean.
