Tried this as my first Quiche for my mom and sister who are on Gluten free diets, for Easter breakfast. It was amazing. All my children loved it. Next time I'm going to have to double to ensure enough. I added a little bit of mixed seasonings to add a bit of flavor but otherwise this recipe was one of the first I followed directions and hardly improvised, thank you.

I have been craving this for soooooooooo long! I didn't use bacon, made it with broccoli and delish! The crust was a little crumbly but its hard when using Gluten free ingredients....maybe a little more shortening??? I plan to experiment a little next time....will definately be using this recipe again!

Very nice - I added slightly wilted baby spinach (no need to chop unless you want to - stems optional) for color and balance.
