Quesadillas

Enjoy cheesy tortillas – a spicy Mexican appetizer that’s ready in just 15 minutes!

Ingredients

cups shredded Colby or Cheddar cheese (8 oz)

flour tortillas (8 to 10 inch)

small tomato, chopped (1/2 cup)
4
medium green onions, chopped (1/4 cup)

tablespoons canned chopped green chiles
Chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
  • 1 Heat oven to 350°F.
  • 2 Sprinkle 1/3 cup of the cheese evenly over half of each tortilla. Top cheese with remaining ingredients. Fold tortilla over filling. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
  • 3 Bake about 5 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted. Cut each into 3 or 4 wedges, beginning cuts from center of folded side.
