Sweet and spicy and loaded with pumpkin-pie flavor, these muffins make a great snack with coffee on a cool autumn morning!

In addition to my other review, I also cooked on 350 degrees NOT 400. Im sure I cooked a few minutes longer to make up for it. Mine were very much like a muffin, not a biscuit.

Mine were not dry at all. However, this is what I did differently: I added a pinch of baking powder (about 1/8 tsp) because I always add it to bisquick-made pancakes to make them fluffier. I also used an extra large egg because that's what I had. They were delicious!

I doubled the recipe and used extra pumpkin. I also added some dark chocolate chips. Since I doubled the recipe I used applesauce for half of the oil amount. There is a little bit of a biscuit taste but they are good. I'm going to make a couple more adjustments and try again since I have another can of pumpkin in the pantry.

These should be called pumpkin bisquits not muffins. The taste is ok, but they are not light like a muffin should be. I used a little more pumpkin and omitted the raisins. Also since I did not have pie spice I used a mixture of allspice and nutmeg and added a splash of vanilla. Next time I might try using flour instead of the bisquick mix. Defininetly need coffee or tea with them!

These were fairly dry, but overall, good flavor.

these muffins were not very good, the texture is more like a biscuit than a muffin, very dry.

The over-all flavor of these were good when warm, however they were much, much drier than anticipated. If they were more moist they would be wonderful.

I probably should have read the reviews first on this one. These were palatable but not good, I think they show promise and should be good with a few changes.

Just made them. The dough is very thick. I thought I had missed a liquid ingredient. I used an ice cream scoop to put them in the muffin pan. I could have just put them on a cookie sheet. They didn't move! The taste? Well, very bland.
