Whip up this delicious pumpkin treat in no time with Yoplait® Light pumpkin pie yogurt!
container (6 oz) Yoplait® Light pumpkin pie yogurt
cup crushed ice
cup pumpkin pie mix (not plain pumpkin)
cup fat-free (skim) milk
Toppings, if desired
tablespoons Cool Whip™ fat-free frozen whipped topping, thawed
Dash pumpkin pie spice
In blender or food processor, place smoothie ingredients. Cover; blend on high speed about 1 minute or until smooth.
Pour into 2 glasses; top with toppings. Serve immediately.
This is a great way to use any leftover canned pumpkin pie mix. Canned pumpkin and pumpkin pie mix freeze so well, so be sure to freeze any leftovers.
