If you look at the actual recipe, it makes 14 PANCAKES, not 14 servings, for those who are afraid of the servings listed. Just wanted to clarify that.

I made this recipe the other morning and just loved it. The recipe was easy to make but only because I had a can of pure pumpkin and the Hearth Smart biscuit on hand already. My husband and I loved, loved, loved them (and my dog too). Although I was worried because the recipe said it was for a serving of 14. I didn't want to have 2 dozen pancakes sitting in the refrigerator and have to eat pancakes every morning for the next 2 weeks. But that wasn't the case because it only made about 9 pancakes about 5" in dia. So we'll have leftovers for the next day or so which is fine with me. You just have to try this recipe.

I liked them but not enough pumpkin flavor, Next time I'll use alittle more pumpkin..... Thought the flavor was alittle blah in the first batch then I realized I forgot the all spice. what a difference.

Delicious and easy! Made big, pretty pancakes. A great way to use up the pumpkin puree leftover from holiday pumpkin bread. You could also used pureed sweet potato with much the same result. Would be even better with mini chocolate chips sprinkled on top.

These were incredibly easy to make, and delicious! I already had pumpkin pie spice so I used that instead of the Allspice and cinnamon. I also did a batch with chocolate chips that was terrific. What I liked most was the pumpkin flavor came through (don't be afraid to use a bit more pumpkin if you love the flavor) and the pancakes weren't too heavy or filling.

These were really good! The only change I made was using Pumpkin Pie Spice instead of Allspice (which I didn't have).

These turned out great! I had some left over pumpkin from some other baking projects and my daughter wanted me to use it in pancakes. These are nice and soft with a really great flavor. Everyone loved them! Next time I think I'll add some chocolate chips for fun!
