box of Jello instant pudding Spiced Pumpkin

teaspoon ground cinnamon

teaspoon baking soda

teaspoon baking powder

teaspoon salt

teaspoon vanilla extract

cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  1. Cream butter and sugar. Add egg and vanilla extract mix well. Stir in pumpkin and sour cream. In separte bowl sift together flour, salt, cinnamon, baking soda and powder. Add to pumpkin mixture stiring well. Stir in pudding mix and oatmeal blend well. Stir in chocolate chips.
  2. Drop dough by rounded tablespoons onto lightly greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for about 13 mins. yields about 5 1/2 doz
