These cookies are fantastic! Chewy and yummy! I added 1/2 cup extra chocolate chips instead of raisins :)

I made this recipe today, very disappointed in it.the cookies came out more like a cake substance rather than a cookie, but most of all they did not have any pumpkin taste- , I think that they needed to be made with the same ingredients(spice) as a pumpkin pie. i was expecting them to taste like pumpkin muffins or pumpkin pie, they did not have any taste at all If I make it this recipe again i will omit the egg and add the same spice as in making a pie..

I made this recipe using a plain brown sugar based cookie base with 1.5c semi-sweet chocolate chips and 1c. dried cranberries. I also added about 1/2c. Stevia powder and I used a full tablespoon of vanilla extract. At first, the batter left me kinda flat, but when they came out of the oven: HOLY COW! I couldn't stop eating them! I ate, literally, 24 of the 36 cookies. It was bad. They are truly delicious. Also, I bought all my ingredients at Whole Foods and used organic pumpkin in the recipe. I think organic DOES make a difference.

These are close to the recipe my friend made before she was told she was allergic to gluten. they are cake like but the originals are too. I used 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice and 1 1/2 C milk chocolate chips. they are WAY better than the ones I spent $30.00 on!!! I also wish Betty Crocker would come out with a sugar cookie mix!!!

Excellent & easy. I add mini chocolate chips and a little extra cinnamon. I bake on a stone not a metal cookie pan. You need to pay close attention to cooking time.

These are great cookies, I substitute pecans or walnuts for the raisins. I have also used dried cherries or cranberries equaly well. I would also like to see a generic cookie mix where we could add additional ingredients to make it what we want, such as the snickerdoodles as suggested in a previous review. I would also like to say that Amazon.com sells these mixes and the gluten free bisquick mix along with the GF cereals, you can put them on an automatic ordering process with up to 6 months inbetween shipments and the shipping is then free, or if you order $25.00 or more the shipping is also free. It is a great service and shipped right to your door and you do not have to worry about finding them in a local store.

This was my first time to use the GF Chocolate Chip Cookie mix. Very pleased with the results. I substituted pumpkin pie spice for the cinnamon and only got 31 cookies out of the mix.

Our family LOVES these. The perfect easy Fall time treat. They are just as moist and cake-y as the regular kind. Gluten free baking always needs longer bake time than regular recipes. I baked mine for 14 min at high altitude. The after-taste of most gluten-free recipes is from the starchy flour. Recipes made with bean flour don't have that problem, but I love the Gluten Free mixes that make this fast and convenient to make with the kids and when we want an easy treat. I will try sifting the mix and using Butterscotch chips (Hershey brand is Gluten Free)! Thank you Better Crocker for giving us an old favorite we an eat!

These are incredibly easy to make and outstanding. I added a packet of Knox gelatin with it and it made them moist and not so crumbly. Excellent flavor. Good fall recipe!
