Made this for the kiddies and they loved it. I added double the chocolate chips which didn't work out as planned. It made it too sweet. Follow the recipe as followed and it is a winner!

Good recipe but I had expected a bit more of a pumpkin flavor to it. Next time I will up the amount of pumpkin as well as balance the dry ingredients to adjust it. All in all very moist and deliscious

A fairly dense bread, but very moist and yummy! I skipped the nuts and the glaze, but otherwise kept the recipe the same. The flavor seemed to intensify over time, so the bread was even better the day after I baked it. Great with a cup of coffee!
