I made this recipe (exactly as written) last week for Thanksgiving. Huge hit, everyone loved it. I give it 5 starts and will make it again, over and over. It reheats well and is great even several days later. The bourbon whipped cream is so yummy, but not a necessity to use the bourbon if you don't like it. Easy to make and totally delicious.
