I used pork for this instead of chicken and it was a huge hit. My kids and my husband could not get enough and for once I did not have leftovers!

It was interesting...it tasted different than I expected, decent, but not exactly what I thought it would taste, maybe it was missing the smokey taste of real barbecue?
