I made this Christmas morning and the family really enjoyed it. It was a great combination of pancake and yorkshire pudding. I added a spread of mascarpone cheese before I put the fruit on. A definite addition to my easy feed a group for breakfast recipes.

I was excited to make this, but was quickly disappointed. It was easy to make. Unfortuently, when it was done it was flat and didn''t come up the sides like the picture. Mine tasted nothing lke pancakes, but more like fried eggs with fruit on top. I might try it again with less eggs and turn the temperature down.

I made this delicious Puffy Pancake with Fruit for my husband one Sunday morning. I used apple pie filling and both of us were delighted with this dish. It was light, tasty and visually pleasing. I would like to add that I have a difficult time standing and making recipes that are long and involved. This recipe was super easy and I will make it again and again, perhaps using blueberry pie filling next time. I can''t wait for our next group of visitors so I can make this for them, too!

This did not go over well with my family. The pancake was tasteless and it was not filling.
