12 inch cracker bread

oz thin sliced prosciutto cut into 1 inch pieces

cups fontina cheese, shredded

cup (packed) spinach leaves, coarsely chopped

thin slices red onion, separated into rings
  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. Place cracker on large cookie sheet. Top with prosciutto, spinach, red onion and shredded cheese.
  3. Bake 10 minutes or until cheese is hot and bubbly. Cut into squares.
Makes 12 inch pizza
