These bars are DELICIOUS, RICH and so easy!!! Made a batch three days ago and made another batch yesterday! Gave 4 pieces to my 37 year old son to take home. He called me the next day and said "The bars, INTENSE!!! I did not change a thing. My new favorite bars!!!

Tested this recipe two days ago to see if good enough to give to the neighbors for Christmas. The overwhelming response from family was "Delicious! Even better than Betty's Baklava last year!" and everyone really loved that! Best after 24 hours in the 'fridge and really cooled.

Made these last year around this time. Took them in for coworkers... by October of this year those coworkers were already asking when they were going to get these again! Definitely a hit, and didn't change a thing in the recipe.
