Pure Heaven! OMG! i have made these 3 times in the last month. I thought these would take more time and be a little bit difficult to make, but they didnt! these will be a family favorite from here on out.

These are delicious, to tootsie09 if you're reading this, you do not add egg to the sugar cookie crust. YOu just cut the butter in to it dry, kind of like making a crust for a cheesecake.

We really loved these bars, and my company did also. Easy to put together. When I make them again I will remember to make them ahead of time so there is plenty of chill time before cutting. Was asked for the recipe. Thanks.

I baked these last night. They were good, but I want to know did I do them wrong. I put an egg in with the cookie mix and butter since the cookie mix called for an egg. I also mixed an egg with the topping, was that correct? I had a slight hard ime trying to spread the mixture on the bottom, it kept sticking while I was trying to spread it. Im thinking it was the egg. Help..I want to have these perfect by Saturday

These cheesecake bars are delicious!! A little goes a long way as they are sweet. The 9 x 11 would serve a large crowd as you only need approximately 2 x 2 inch square per serving. Highly recommend!!!

Wow, these are so delicious! I made this for a party I hosted this past weekend, and I had so many friends give me compliments on how amazing they tasted. My husband says this is one of the best desserts I've ever made. Just a few tweaks to this recipe. For easier removal, grease the pan and then line the bottom with parchment paper with excess paper on two sides. As well, I prefer more chopped pecans and toffee bits on top.
