One of the best desserts I have ever tasted. The burst of lemon flavor u recie when u take a bite into this delectale treat is unbelievable. I reccommend this to all. If your looking for a quick snack and a nutricious on at that....this is the place to go.

These were quick to make and also very easy.I added some grated lemon rind to the cookie dough crust as well.Nice lemony taste ( like lemon meringue pie ).Next time I will add a bit more sugar to filling as I found it a little too tart for my preference.These are a definite make again!!

I made these Betty Crocker Lemon Bars last weekend. The lemon has a great taste to it - -not the phony bottled lemon juice taste one gets in other pre-packaged mixes. Super easy to make plus they tasted WONDERFUL! Everyone loved them. I will make them again.
