This turned out great! It was moist and dense after 1:15 in the oven. I would definitely recommend using almond extract instead of just plain vanilla, or trying some variations on it, because it is a bit plain (that's why I gave it just 4 spoons of 5). As a base for a dessert (like strawberry shortcake), though, it's great!
