Amazing Dish. I have been making this now for about a year and I now have to triple the recipie when I make it so everyone gets enough. Huge Hit! I usually add more spinach (drained well enough it doesnt affect the recipie).

I would use Cream Of Celery soup because we don't like Mushrooms.

What a great, easy and delicious casserole! I couldn't find the Progresso mushroom soup so I used half cream of mushroom and half cream of chicken in the recipe which worked fine. They also didn't have the french fried onions which I'm not a huge fan of anyway so I mixed breadcrumbs with onion powder for a nice crunch on the top. This was a huge hit paired with the slow cooker rib recipe, and is a great side dish virtually any meat you are making. I will be making this again and again!

This was a delicious casserole, very quick and beautiful looking! The checkered look definitely gave something to talk about when it came out, and the taste was fabulous! I didn't change anything and would not either, will definitely be making this dish again and highly recommend it!

This was really good. I would only use about half the spinach, just so I don't freak out people who aren't that adventurous with their food.

I tried this recipe about a month ago and it was SO GOOD! I prepared it today, 12/23, (do ahead tip) and put in the fridge. I'm taking it for Christmas dinner to my Grandmother's house. All I have to do now is pop it in the oven when I get there. Really wonderful recipe. ROCKS!
