It’s a little secret that no one else needs to know: this salad got its start at the deli!

Ingredients

pint (2 cups) deli potato salad
1
can vacuum-packed whole kernel corn or whole kernel corn with red and green peppers
1/8
teaspoon ground cumin or chili powder

Directions

  • 1 Gently mix all ingredients.

Expert Tips

Keep picnic foods such as potato salad cold and safe. Refrigerate within 2 hours of serving.

Garnish the potato salad with sprigs of fresh cilantro.
