I like it alot but I kinda improvised I added thyme and I used three cheese au-grautin potatoes I did add the cheese mix. Instead of tortilla chips we put ours in a taco shell yummy.

This was really great. Give it a try. It was very good and easy to make for those nights when you just need to whip something up quick. I left out the corn, and just served a vegetable on the side.

This recipe was a lot better than I expected. I borrowed the other reviewer's tip and used half milk and half water instead of 3 1/4 c of water. I didn't even think it needed the chips! I will definitely make this again.

This is my husbands favorite! You don't need to make one change to the recipe.. sooo good. I serve with some nachos - just tortilla chips with melted cheese in the oven.

This was an easy recipe to make. Next time, and there will be a next time, I make it, I will dice up one Japlapeno for some zip. It was much to bland to suit me, but my wife loved it. Makes good leftovers for lunches at work.
