Not only it was delicous but it was totally great!. The pork chops was nice and juicey but the sweet potatoes was great also. I think that everybody should try this out.

I made this for my family and everyone really loved it. The meat was extremely tender (even the next day when reheated in a microwave) and had just a hint of the orange juice flavor. The sweet potatoes were great too but next time I'm going to add more onion and celery to give it extra crunch.

The pork to me could have used some more seasoning. The sweet potatoes were very good. My family seemed to enjoy it.
