I prepared the recipe exactly as directed and it came out great! The Stuffing was crispy on top and the apples were soft and sweet below while the chops stayed moist. This recipe was so simply and easy that it will for sure be made again!

Absolutly delicious. The cranberries really sets the dressing off and the sauce from the apples was amazing! I mixed the flour sugar and cinnamon with the apples in a gallon bag and it worked great

This is a fabulous recipe. The pork chops were tender and infused with a wonderful spice apple flavor. The apples were a little bitter the first time I made it so the second time I sprinkled both sides with generous amounts of the cinnamon/brown sugar mixture which helped make them into a delicious chutney accent for the meat.
