we loved this dish, easy to make not expensive and great to come home from work heat up and have a nice homemade meal. I would consider this a casserole since its heated and served in same dish. this will be one of my families favorites.

Sounds simple and good. Great prep. But I got this recipe under the heading of casseroles...not to be a stickler but is this really a casserole? Not in my (cook)book.
