A crunchy and tasty coating of garlic, onion, oregano, cumin, cilantro and cereal creates memorable baked chops with a garlic and citrus sauce.

If Lime is the key ingredient in Cuban dishes I don't care for it. Too strong. I couldn't even use the sauce because it made it even more pungent! I used Panko bread crumbs. Like the breading idea in the oven but next time I'll use buttermilk, crumbs, salt and pepper. Then serve with the chinese sweet chili sauce. :)

The Bran Cereal suggested was too strong, and the meal was bland. If I try this again, I will use something else.

The flavor was wonderful and the pork chops were juicy. I did not make the sauce though because I did not have the necessary ingredients.

This was a pretty tasty dish. The breaded pork was a little bland, but the sauce added the zing that it needed. I also cooked some green beans and peppers and used the sauce to bring the meal all together. I have had better, but overall it was pretty good. I would make it again.
