This was very easy to make. I will definitely add more apples and brown sugar/cinnamon next time though, and possibly some sage like others have suggested. The pork needed a little more flavor. I'll be making this again!

Made this for first time yesterday. Also seasoned chops with sage, kosher salt, and pepper before browning as suggested by mommy1408. Used two apples and 1 chopped red onion; put some on top of porkchops before baking. Delicious-will be making again!

I seasoned the porks chops lightly with ground sage, kosher salt and black peper before browning (so they won't taste so bland) them and added another apple with brown sugar and cinnamon to the top of pork chops, yum I am really never one to follow a recipe completely when I have an idea of how the flavors will come out.

Great taste and low calorie! I followed the recipe exact. The chops were tender and the apples not only tasted good but smelled wonderful baking. We enjoyed this with a salad.

It's so amazing how good this simple recipe is! I doubled it, making a bit more brown sugar/cinnamon mixture than called for. A couple of days later, I reheated the chops and apples and baked two small sweet potatoes. It was better the 2nd day, and the sugar/cinnamon mixture mixed with the sweet potatoes - to die for! This recipe does not need any changes unless you just want more of it!

We don't eat a lot of pork and I typically Shake and Bake when we do. I wanted to try something new and this looked so easy. This was phenomenal and one of the best things I think I've made to date. I used boneless pork chops and Braeburn apples and followed the recommendations so that there would be extra apples. Absolutely delicious, I'd consider making this the next time I need to cook for a crowd.
