This is an amazing recipe. I made it for my husband for dinner and we loved it!!!! We added a dinner salad and had a great, comfort food meal.

It's so amazing how good this simple recipe is! I doubled it, making a bit more brown sugar/cinnamon mixture than called for. A couple of days later, I reheated the chops and apples and baked two small sweet potatoes. It was better the 2nd day, and the sugar/cinnamon mixture mixed with the sweet potatoes - to die for! This recipe does not need any changes unless you just want more of it!

We don't eat a lot of pork and I typically Shake and Bake when we do. I wanted to try something new and this looked so easy. This was phenomenal and one of the best things I think I've made to date. I used boneless pork chops and Braeburn apples and followed the recommendations so that there would be extra apples. Absolutely delicious, I'd consider making this the next time I need to cook for a crowd.

This was a very tasty and easy dish to make. I am not a big fan of apples, but these pork chops won me over. I added an additional layer of apples, cinnamon, and brown sugar to the top like some of the other reviews suggested.

My husband and I loved this! We paired it with the Smashed Red Potatoes Gorgonzala. The only thing I will do differently next time is instead of just setting the pork chops on top of the apples, I'm going to kind of bury the pork chops in the apples. I think it'll have more flavor that way. And I definitely recommend salting the pork chops a little bit for more flavor. I also used more apples!

This recipe is definitely a winner! I added another apple and extra brown sugar and cinnamon on both sides of the pork...it was delicious! Will be making this often because it is very easy and yummy on a fall day!
