Wanted to eat it while it was cooking. I used fresh garlic, more potatoes, carrots and more broth. Smoked paprika and a little Italian seasoning. Cooked it a little longer covered so the veggies could cook. Incredible!

Made this awhile ago & couldn't remember what site I got it from, we loved it! Would be delicious as a slow cooker with cut up chops!!! I did cut the onions smaller than the recipe calls for because I'm not huge on large pieces of onion but it was great!! I would recommend it & I'll be making it again tomorrow night, that's why I've been looking for it!!

Easy and quick. I also added frozen peas for more color Alittle bland for our taste. Next time, I will try different seasonings.

Great way of keeping the pork chops moist. I had to take the pork out before the veggies but was great.

I made this last night. Super easy and very tasty. Chops were very tender and the veggies were great. Only took about 1 hour and 10 minutes from start to kitchen cleanup, and that included 30 minutes cook time and eating! Will make again!

This one was delicious and easy. Chopped the veggies while the pork was browning and they just put it together in one pot. I used a whole can on broth because I put extra pototos, peppers and broccoli in the pot. I also added some minced garlic to the mix. I have also made this in the am and reheated for dinner. Great dish.
