Dinner’s on the table in less than 30 minutes. Serve it with ease from the same skillet you cooked it in!

This dinner is absolutely delicious, however it takes much longer than 10 minutes for the brown rice to cook. The vegetables were over cooked by the time the rice was done. I would recommend cooking the rice separately first and adding it after the veggies are just about done.

Recipies like this and many others, enable me to tweak the ingrediants to suit my needs. I used precooked Basmati rice, and frozen veggies and tossed the rice in as the final step. Cheaper cuts of pork work well with this combo, and the leftover veggies & rice mix go with most anything! Hey, throw some soy sauce into the mix and you've just gone Chinese!

I loved this recipe so easy and yummy! My husband loved it too. I used one can of 98% fat free cream of celery soup and one can of cream of mushroom with roasted garlic and it was fabulous! I also seasoned my chops well before browning and added a dash of salt-free seasoning blend along with the rice and chicken broth.

I thought this recipe was good for being as quick as it was. My husband and I are on Weight Watchers, so I altered the recipe. I used 3 ounce pork chops, and 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup. For a 3 oz pork chop and 1 c. of rice, it was only 6 points.

great flavor! I used 1 3/4c brown rice and still had to add probably 6T of water because it was so thick and gooey. Next time I would add more water. I also used olive oil and seasoned the pork chops with salt, pepper, and Emerill's Essence. Good quick meal!

Very easy to make, but not a total hit. The adults loved it, the kids hated it.
